
Prof. Jamel BELHADJ
Jamel BELHADJ is a Full Professor at ENSIT since 2012 and a researcher at the Laboratory of Electrical Systems (LSE-ENIT/ENSIT). He also serves as the Director of the Higher Institute of Digital Engineering and the Doctoral School of “Science and Technology” at ENSIT. From 2014 to 2017, he was Vice President of the University of Tunis, responsible for scientific research and technology. He earned his principal engineering degree and Advanced Studies Diploma (DEA) from ENIT in 1997, a DEA from INPT-ENSEEIHT in Toulouse in September 1998, a Ph.D. from INPT-ENSEEIHT-ENIT in July 2001, and a University Habilitation from ENIT in February 2007. Prof. BELHADJ has published approximately 50 articles in high-impact journals and over 100 papers in international conferences. He has also led and participated in over ten international research projects.As a supervisor, he has guided more than 100 master’s research projects and 20 doctoral theses to completion. He has actively participated in numerous thesis committees, master’s evaluations, scientific councils, and academic recruitment panels. Currently, his primary teaching and research focus is on systemic design through optimization, control, and intelligent energy-matter management of electrical systems, particularly autonomous renewable energy sources and multi-vector smart grids and microgrids.

Pr. Maleth Marrakchi
Maleth Marrakchi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence. He is currently a freelance consultant. From 1986 to 2018, he was a professor and researcher, teaching Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the National School of Computer Science (ENSI) and the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT).For over a decade, he served as the Director General responsible for the National ICT Development Strategy at the Tunisian Ministry of Communication Technologies.As an author, Prof. Marrakchi has published numerous articles on AI, with a particular emphasis on its ethical and governance challenges. He is also a sought-after speaker on AI applications, frequently presenting at various events. He is a co-founding member of the “Tunisian AI Society.”

Prof. Sehl MELLOULI
Sehl Mellouli is a Full Professor in the Department of Organizational Information Systems at the Faculty of Business Administration. He served as the department’s director from 2015 to 2020. In 2018, he was elected President of the Digital Government Society, an international association of researchers focusing on digital governance, for a two-year term. As a professor, Prof. Mellouli has received multiple accolades for excellence in teaching and research. He has authored over 100 articles in academic journals and presented nearly 80 papers at prestigious international conferences. He is an Associate Editor for the journal Digital Government Research and Practice and serves on the editorial board of Government Information Quarterly. In 2020, he was appointed Assistant Vice-Rector for Studies and Student Affairs.

Dr. Nabil OMRI
Nabil Omri is a researcher specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and explainable AI. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Bourgogne Franche-Comté and focuses on developing frameworks to democratize AI solutions for SMEs, enhancing their performance. His research also encompasses the development of machine learning models for medical applications, including early disease detection and intensive care patient management. In 2022, Dr. Omri co-founded the online training platform pistacia.eu, aimed at professionals and individuals, particularly in the field of machine learning, which he also teaches online. Since 2023, Dr. Omri has been serving as Lead Data Scientist and Career Manager at Capgemini Engineering. His work spans energy-related projects and initiatives involving generative AI.
